A Writing Garden: Love Stories, led by Indira Ganesan

Feb 13, 15, & 16, from 1-4 pm

Love is in the air! Join a small group of beginning and seasoned writers for a three-day excursion on writing about love. We will look at first dates and first kisses, break-ups and unrequited passions. We will look at love in our families, love between strangers, even love for our pets. How do we write about love and loss, and love and joy? How do we tell our love stories? We will write and share our work in a safe writing space in a small group, and examine this multidimensional thing called love.

Indira Ganesan has written three novels, The Journey, Inheritance, and As Sweet as Honey. Born in India, she grew up in St. Louis, MO, and Rockland County, NY. She teaches part-time at Emerson College, reviews books for Phi Beta Kappa’s thekeyreporter.org, and is at work on a new novel. She hosts Namaste, a Sunday morning global music program on Cape Cod community radio, WOMR/WFMR, and her website is www.indiraganesan.com.
