Start writing something new in class or bring work-in-progress. Using prompts, you will write in class and share work.

Writers will also spend time looking at published work to gain further understanding of the craft. We will look at what is working in the work, and see where there might be need for improvement, so you leave with new ideas and a plan to keep writing.

A Writing Garden is taught by professional novelist and essayist Indira Ganesan, author of The Journey, Inheritance, and As Sweet as Honey. Indira's depth of experience teaching creative writing, includes many years as an adjunct faculty at universities teaching college students.
