Wellfleet Preservation Hall
Nauset Regional High School graduate painter and ceramicist Lily Cianfaglione and rising junior photographer and filmmaker Romanee Hunt will share new works created during their residency at Prez Hall.
A presentation at 6pm will be followed by a reception with light refreshments.
Lily assists with Castle Hill’s arts program, G.R.O.W., guiding 3-5th grade students. In the fall, she'll attend the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, majoring in art and design education and minoring in ceramics at the.
Romanee won second place last year in the Wellfleet Youth Film Festival for his horror short Sheepskin, which brought students together from the Nauset Drama Department. His photographs contrast natural and artificial light, contrast natural beauty and manufactured landscapes, and capture the movement of his subjects.
Their residency at the Hall began mid June and will continue through October 1st of this year.
