Join us on Wednesday, September 23rd at 6pm for Move and Soothe: A Fusion of Movement and Sound!

Release the busy-ness of summer and begin the gentle glide into fall with Ann & Acqua when The Sacred Sound Sisters return to the beautiful upstairs hall to celebrate the Autumnal Equinox with mindful movement followed by a crystal sound bath!

We begin with gentle guided motion to music to facilitate embodiment and prime the body, then come to rest in a sunburst pattern around the bowls and harp to receive healing crystal tones.

Please bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, etc for the sound bath portion of the program. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit.
