Meet at Powers Landing
While walking out onto a local Wellfleet shellfish farm, participants will engage in a conversation about historical and contemporary shellfishing practices, the cultural significance of Wampum and quahogs in general, shellfishing and the relationship to the land, and the sustainability and reverence for the ecology and the natural aquaculture systems in our community.
