Alfred B. Delbello - His Life and Times

John A. Lipman is the president of Policy Bridge, Inc. He received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Bates College and his master's degree in public policy from the University of Maryland. Alfred B.Delbello: His Life and Times is his first book. He lives in Orleans.
