Adrienne Brodeur's publishing career began with founding the fiction magazine Zoetrope: All-Story with filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola where she served as editor-in-chief from 1996-2002. Adrienne left publishing in 2013 to become Creative Director and later Executive Director of Aspen Words, a literary art and nonprofit of the Aspen Institute. She is the author of the 2019 memoir Wild Game, My Mother, Her Lover and Me

Karen Dukess spent nearly a decade as a speechwriter on gender equality at the United Nations Development Programme. She is the author of the 2019 novel The Last Book Party
