“By Sea” - Art in the historical context of the Outer Cape’s seaside setting.

AMZehnder Gallery is proud to welcome you to “By Sea” running from September 17th until October 26th 2026, with an opening reception on Saturday, September 19th from 5 pm - 7 pm.

The title of this exhibition is inspired by the line “One, if by land, and two if By Sea” from Henry Wadsworth Longfellow’s poem, “Paul Revere’s Ride”, inspiration chosen to commemorate our country’s 250th birthday. “By Sea” exhibits art in the historical maritime context of the Outer Cape Cod’s seaside setting.
