Wellfleet Public Library
MONDAY JANUARY 13 - "NOW WHAT"
This class will be about the various accessories commonly used, additional techniques used in more complex projects, introduction to available knitting/crochet items available at the Library, what can be done to build upon the basics learned, and of course answer any questions your new found skills have brought to you!
KIMBERLY DURHAM has been an academic teacher and has been crocheting since adolescence. She learned knitting from two elderly friends when her children were small. Both crafts are immensely satisfying and enjoyable, not a day goes by without some of either craft.
TOM STALL started knitting 35 years ago, as a means to center and ground himself. He grew up around knitting as his mother was a prolific knitter (he still owns the sweater she made for him that got him through the Blizzard of '78), though he is a bit rebellious, as he learned to knit Continental versus his mother's English style of knitting.
