Please join us for an engaging morning of coffee and conversation with Ann Schiffenhaus, Wellfleet’s new Housing Coordinator. A dedicated Wellfleet resident, Ann will lead a discussion on the current state of housing in Wellfleet and share her plans to support residents with their present and future housing needs. Topics will include the role of a Housing Coordinator, programs available to help you stay in your home, and updates on key initiatives such as Lawrence Hill, Maurice’s Campground, and the Affordable Homes Act & Seasonal Communities

Designation. A Q&A session will follow, offering an opportunity to ask questions and share insights. Ann was born in Northern California and built a successful career in corporate sales before tepping away in 2010 to raise her four children and relocate to Wellfleet. In 2019, she returned to the workforce, transitioning into the nonprofit sector. She served as Alumni Director at a Catholic high school and later joined the Housing Assistance Corporation, first as an affordable housing advocate and then as a Major Gifts Officer. Now, as Wellfleet’s Housing Coordinator, Ann is deeply connected to the community and committed to helping residents meet their housing needs.
