Rachel Bramson’s outreach! Join us to learn to use this secure Cape Cod Healthcare tool for managing health info, appointments, and more. Open to the public, volunteers, Friends of the COA, COA Board members and anyone who may need assistance. Dr. Bramson will join us, and the VNA team will lead the training. It is our hope to develop a team of volunteers willing to offer peer to peer assistance for others in need of help using My Chart as a result of this event.
