The ABC’s of ADA’s with the Lower Cape Housing and ADU Resource Center

Outer Cape residents interested in building ADUs (accessory dwelling units) are invited to attend our information session with the Lower Cape Housing and ADU Resource Center, a partnership between the Community Development Partnership and the Homeless Prevention Council.

Our session will:

• introduce participants to the technical assistance provided by the
  ADU Resource Center, which is part of the Lower Cape Housing and ADU

• Resource Center (LCHARC).

• discuss the need for ADUs on the Cape, the key stages in the process to build an ADU, some of the common hurdles, and some of the resources available for homeowners.

• feature information about incentives for homeowners, specifically the LCHARC incentives and the newly formed Wellfleet ADU Loan Program offered by the Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust.
