Wellfleet Public Library

Viburnums have been cultivated tor centuries and are a popular plant in many commercial and residential American gardens. Vincent will describe a wide selection of viburnums, both popular and underutilized, and introduce us to new variates of this genus including deciduous, evergreen, tree, and shrub forms. He will discuss their ecological and landscape value, cultural adaptability, and use in both natural and cultivated landscape settings. Soil and light preferences and pest management will be covered.
