Wellfleet Preservation Hall
This is a series of four classes focusing on the 8 Fold Path of Yoga. Classes will include meditation, focus on linking movement with breath in a sequence of interconnected postures, and always ending with healing savanna (relaxation). This class will meet you wherever you're at from beginner to more advanced yogi. Come well hydrated. On an empty tummy, bring a sturdy yoga mat and blanket for relaxation.
Michelle Sutton comes to us with 25 years experience sharing her sacred flow to her beloved students. Now retired in Wellfleet she hopes to share her practice with you.
