These free workshops are for young film-lovers and young filmmakers interested in filmmaking.

Learn every aspect of filmmaking with professional filmmakers. These workshops will help you to develop and create a short, narrative or documentary which you are welcome to submit to our Wellfleet Youth Film Festival by August 22nd.

This year the 7th Annual Wellfleet Youth Film Festival takes place on Friday August 29th!

It's open to youth filmmakers from all over from ages 10-18, some classes are better suited for teens. Please see descriptions. Learn from the pros! Choose from a single class, a single day or all days and classes.

TEACHER BIO: Actor director Mick Thyer recently wrapped shooting an episode of a TV series at the Hall. His films include 48 Hours and 1 Minute, Rene and Rooms. He acted in 14 TV and film roles include, The Long Dark Trail, Cheat, and After Judgment.
