Wellfleet OysterFest 2023

The Wellfleet OysterFest will take place the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, October 14-15, 2023 in Wellfleet, MA. This two-day family festival celebrates the town's famous oysters, clams and shellfishing traditions bringing together locals and visitors alike for a weekend full of hometown flavor and big time fun! There is something for everyone: local cuisine, arts and crafts, educational programs, cooking demonstrations, children's activities, walking tours, live music, a road race, and the annual Oyster Shuck-Off competition. Event will be held rain or shine!

Circus arts come alive again for the 11th year! Our team of professional certified instructors will be offering Summer Circus Camp over a seven-week period for students ages 7 to 13. Every week will include aerial arts, acrobatics, juggling, mini-trampoline, physical comedy, improv, object manipulation, rope climbing, and physical training geared to the level of each individual student.

Camp runs July 10-Aug 24, 2023 // Monday-Thursday. Note there is no camp on Fridays.  New sessions start each Monday.

All weeks will be held at the Payomet's new Big Top Circus Tent location at the WHAT Theater in Wellfleet.

• $400 Full Week - 9:30 am-2:30 pm, Mon-Thurs. Maximum capacity of 30 participants per week.

This original circus program is presented in partnership with WHAT for Kids and the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, a local nonprofit professional theater company dedicated to enriching the cultural life of the Outer Cape through plays and innovative programming that entertains, inspires, and informs a multi-generational audience.
